On the 14th of August, 2024, in the case “Lugo César Gabriel”, the No. 2 Administrative Infractions Court acquitted the defendant. The Court held that, since the defendant did not comply with any of the established criteria to be considered a passenger or cargo transportation vehicle, it could not charge him with the infraction, as established in Article 1 Section 33 of Ordinance XVI N° 112.
