N\u00b0 0010083-81.2019.5.03.0008), the Court determined that there was no legal subordination in the relationship between Uber and Uber drivers and, for that reason, it did not constitute an employment relationship. To reach this decision, the Court pointed out that the driver had clear autonomy to provide services that fitted with their availability and convenience, and that they were even able to operate on competitor platforms.
