Portier Pacific Pty Ltd; Uber Australia Pty Ltd t\/a Uber Eats<\/strong><\/em>(C2019\/5651), Australia\u2019s Fair Work Commission ruled that no employment relationship existed between Uber Eats and its deliverymen.
