{"id":4494,"date":"2025-07-04T14:13:24","date_gmt":"2025-07-04T14:13:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ubereslegal.com\/?p=4494"},"modified":"2025-07-29T14:50:25","modified_gmt":"2025-07-29T14:50:25","slug":"otro-sobreseimiento-por-atipicidad-de-la-conducta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ubereslegal.com\/en\/otro-sobreseimiento-por-atipicidad-de-la-conducta\/","title":{"rendered":"Otro sobreseimiento por atipicidad de la conducta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the 8th of May, 2019, in the case \u201c<em>Frutos Julio Cesar Emanuel<\/em>\u201d el Juzgado Municipal de Faltas No. 1 el 14\/04\/2025, dict\u00f3 el sobreseimiento del imputado al estimar que la conducta no era pasible de ser subsumida bajo el tipo infraccional imputado, puesto que el servicio de transporte a trav\u00e9s de aplicaciones como Uber es un servicio privado de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico, alcanzado por las disposiciones de la Ordenanza XVI N\u00b0 116, y no por la Ordenanza XVI N\u00b0 112, regula el servicio publico de transporte de pasajeros.
