The Court also indicated that, in this case, no infraction was committed since \u201c<em>a motorcycle does not fall under the conventional definition of a vehicle intended for passenger or cargo transportation, since these categories have specific characteristics and capacities that a motorcycle does not possess<\/em>\u201d.
