Aslam et al.\u201d, which ruled in favour of two ex-Uber drivers. He points out that to be classified as a&nbsp;<em>worker<\/em>&nbsp;in the UK is not the equivalent as being an \u201cemployee\u201d in Argentina. According to Argentinian legislation in 2021, an Uber driver could not be considered an employee.
